Production & Shipping Process
Production Time: 3–6 business days
Each item is made-to-order, which means production may take a bit longer. Thank you for your patience while we create your unique item!
Shipping Time:
- United States & EU: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–18 business days
Please note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). During peak seasons (sales, promotions, holidays), production and shipping may take a little longer due to high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
- Minimum Shipping Fee: $6.99
- Free Shipping: Orders over $110 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping costs vary based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to update tracking information after scanning your package.
If tracking details don’t update immediately, it’s likely that the carrier hasn’t processed your package yet. The tracking information will appear as soon as they scan your item.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment, and shipping time may be extended.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as lost by the carrier, please contact us at anet.payment@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.
Sometimes, the carrier may mark a package as "delivered" before it arrives. If this happens, please allow a few extra days for delivery or reach out to us for support.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email our Customer Support team at anet.payment@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A photo or video showing the issue
- Your delivery address
We’ll review the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
